Builders are offering discounted prices, special promotions and abnormally low interest rates. Think about it, if you buy an existing house your rate will probably be in the 7% range. If you buy from a builder your rate will probably be in the 4% or 5% range.

If you continue to rent, your rent will increase. Of course I can help you purchase an existing home but buying a new home from a builder is the very best plan for most buyers in this market.
